Here it is in a nutshell, the Sears service guys came out and took a part out of my oven in November, sent it off to be fixed and it never returned. They originally claimed my oven was fixed and the service was completed.
5 months later they can't locate the service guy or the part that was taken from my oven. I've called at least 5 times over the past 3 months and each time I'm told a service supervisor will call me back within 48 hours. I have yet to receive a call back. Just called again today and get the same run around.
I asked for a manager, I asked for an email address, I asked for a mailing address, nope, they ain't got none.
WTF, at least my oven was partially working before Sears STOLE the electronic panel. Now they won't take responsibility for it.
User's recommendation: Do not buy from Sears, they have incompetent service dept. (or outsourced service department).
