I am waiting on a delivery part and installation ordered on July 20, 2019. I have called and come into the store on several occasions. Currently I am sitting at the cashier station. I have been waiting on Jasmine the store manager for 25 minutes to come and remedy the sales order.

Sears in San Antonio Central, Texas - Customer service on repairing a washing machine!

Really wish I would have looked up these reviews before I made purchases. My washer went out. Kenmore Elite 3years old. Part is on back order (ordered on 10/22/19) with no ETA on when it will be in stock. Was told it could be 11/22/19 before part is in stock. Since I have the “master service plan” they will reimbursement me for a rental washer. They will not reimburse delivery fee, taxes or pick up fees. I was disconnected 3 times before I spoke with someone who gave the option of making a claim and getting a rental. Every person I spoke to was rude and just kept repeating the same information over and over! No wonder Sears is going out of business!!!

Had service on my washing machine thAt is 1 1/2 years old and technician said it’s the transmission. Warranty up after 1 year but there is a 10 year warranty on major parts. After 2 1/2 hours of taking to different people No one could tell me if that is a major part I think it is as with out the transmission the washer does not work. They are sending another tech out it’s ridiculous I lost a days work and I am very dissatisfied.

Sears - Terrible

I was never treated so badly when the guy came to deliver my appliance. They told me they would deliver between 1 and 3 pm. I had some one coming to my house at 12:30 pm as I work. the guy who delivers came early and was screaming at me at my work because no one was there an hour and a half earlier than scheduled. he kept telling me to leave work. Don't buy from sears if you are going to be treated this way.

I dont think anybody still buys appliances at sears. They are bankrupt and you will never get service on them

I called Sears out the man came out for 5 minutes I did in 2004 I had my cabinets in my kitchen repair and they said it's lifetime warranty and built to last and the guy told me only thing I can do is

I had Sears of to come out and check my cabinets that I had done in 2004 is supposed to be Sears off of quality products that are built to last and the guy they charged me $100 just to come out I don't think it was fair and I've been calling the number for the repair for that quality Central the line is busy you can't get them I don't understand I'm probably have to take a action for this because I don't want people to just take my money and do what they want about this I'm have to check into this my phone number is 414-477-5791 I need someone to return my call

Had it tuned up and now it wont run ? can't get repairs for over a week after they screwed it up.

I have been having. Sears products for over 30 40 years and never had the worst customer care and and products that I have had in the last year you cannot get a hold of anybody in the United States it's all done overseas the I just had my riding lawn mower repaired and it doesn't work and I can't get somebody out to take care of it even though I paid $127 to have it taken care of until another week or two just to *** poor customer service.
