You lucked out, they Sears / Kmart / A+E Factory service usual dont treat you this way till after they get your money. Go to Best Buy for your washer dryer or Lowes, they will treat you great. Go to a local bedding mart for your bed, there fantastic and will treat you like family.

No response from Sears/Kenmore

I have complained on the Sears and Kenmore website, passed back and forth on the 800 Number. I have a Kenmore refridgerator and stove. The stove is 3 years old, flat surface, large eye is malfunctioning. You cut it on and it goes to automatically to high and stays there. Difficult to cut the eye off. This is a danger and fire hazard. Fridge is 2 years old, knocking noise in motor, crack in the door seal and on the surface outside one of the drawers, delivered that way. No one will answer my complaints. Tired of being ignored. BBB is next stop.

Sears in Raleigh, North Carolina - Wrong prices submitted

Cary Town Center Cary NC I ourchased a dishwasher and hotwater heater to be installed- I payed top dollar They contract all installs- the hotwater installer called and said that Sears had left out a part and it would cost an additional 179.00 dollars-he said it happens all the time- I canceeled the order w/ Sears The dishwasher installer- WHY would they separate the orders??? I also cancelled the dishwasher- I was told the only way I could have my account credited was to go back to the store. I aint goin back I will NEVER buy another thing from SEARS

Sears service ***

Bought a Snowblower from sears used it once, been in the shop since the spring, They order parts, lost and re ordered again. Dip stick went up inside the engine some how, the service tech is tearing down the engine and removing the fragments of the metal dipstick and engine being rebuilt, it will never be the same. Sears will not replace, or offer extended warranty. So i pay 1900 dollars for a rebuilt engine, and before i use it the 2nd time the warranty is up. Never will i shop at Sears again. Maybe they didn't make the snow blower but they took my money and I want a refund or replacement. Sears refuses to do anything.

Sears in Tampa, Florida - Light housing in refrigerator melting

The light housing in my Kenmore trio has been replaced numerous times and once again is shorting out. The light will stay on and smell like it is on fire as well as melt any product(s) in the area due to the intense heat it emits. I have requested a new refrigerator twice in the past year due to this not being the only issue with the product, the other being the door handle. The door handle keeps falling off and they did replace it finally this year. I am extremely concerned about leaving for work and coming home to find my elderly Mother has died due to a house fire. When I have asked Sears to replace the refrigerator, I have been told that will not happen.

Lemanski, Is the Frig still in warrantee, also did you buy a service policy from Sears/Kmart/A+E Factory serice. If you have a warrantee or service policy you have a case to demand a new refri.Whey the light is staying on is a bad door switch or the repairs Sears has done they have accidently shorted something out in the refrig causing the light to stay on.Or this unit may have had the defect in it when you bought it, making it a lemon. Contact Sears one more time and ask them to get this corrected by fixing it or replacing it.If they fail to do it, take your complaint about Sears to your states attorney Generals office, something will get done for you.

Sears did not deliver my dryer as promised.

At Sears, once you buy their product they longer care about you. You are on your own afterwards. I bought this product online, set up a delivery date on a Saturday. They said they would call me Friday night to set up a two hour time frame. Well, they never called me last night. When I called them this morning to complain, they did not recognize my phone number and refused to help me. Finally, they gave me a nine hour time frame. My Saturday is now hosed. I do not know what to do now. Any ideas would be appreciated? Thanks.

I ordered online from Sears Oct 13th 2010 with a delivery date stated as Oct 16th. The evening of the 16th, the local store that acts as a distributor/agent closed its doors permanently.

On the Sunday the 17th I received a Sears email confirmation that the goods had arrived at the store on Saturday 16th-since then I'm getting nowhere with Sears .WHAT GREAT SERVICE -OCT 26TH. ken.court@sympatico.ca

Rodger, with your attitude your are qualified to work at Sears/Kmart/A+E Factory service as one of there managers, or maybe you already work there. You sould like the *** H manager at Sears I spoke with about 3 years ago.

The last time I went into there store. He thought his time was the only valuble time and mine was unimportant.

Sears is the wors service repair

Calgary In 29 Mai we buy at sears Chinook center a new fridge Sam sung and we buy addition insurance for 5 years cost $419.99 ,2 week later the ice maker is broken we call service center to do repair,and they sent the first technician on 07/13 so hi say ok i gone to order the ice maker to replace,and on 07/25 they call at my home to make appointment so they can fixed the ice maker,on 07/28 the technician coming wrong time and wrong day no body home,so i call back and i get bigger shirt on the phone by there employer because i am not home,and i say because they mess up the appointment so they rebook another appointment,the third technician so up on 08/23 and hi as me what is wrong? i so surprise the guy thing no any thing about the ice maker is broken and hi dint have any part to replace so the guy left,i call back to the center they have no idea what go and on,so again they make more appointment on 08/28 and the guy so up with the part yeeee... and the guy star to replace the ice maker but still not work and hi say oh i have to order electronic plate at the back to make them work so his left,2 week later i have the new guy coming to replace electronic panel soon his start nothing is working so hi fin out they order the wrong panel and the guy tell me hi will other this time the right one hi say i mess sure i will be the one coming back next time to fix you fridge so his left until 10/14,surprise the technician coming back but is not the same guy ??? that what hi promises,any way the guy start to replace the panel bang???? surprise is not working again??? the guy say sorry hi have to order other one,so is take 5 month still not fix for one ice maker and i been see and have there technician so up at my home,they have total 15 technician to do the job for one city population over 1 million that why they never can be done any job is the worse service ever i thing no one shout go to buy any thing from Sears you don't get help or get any thing from them after,get away from Sears for ever

Sears in Surrey, British Columbia - No furniture delivered!

We purchased a couch from Sears in Langley BC - early Sept with a delivery date of Sept 29th. We received a call on the 29th saying that it would be coming the next day - Nothing arrived! We left for holidays and gave the house sitter instructions to expect the couch - nothing! Now it is Oct 13th and after 5 un-returned call to our sales lady Judy (don't every use her)and an un-returned call to the manager, I finally called the head office customer service - they found my couch and are sending it over on Set 16th!!! No impressed!
