Sears Kenmore Oasis washer made to be fixed repaired 3 times in 2 year
Do not purchas an Oasis Kenmore washing machine.The company makes their money off repairing them.It has a computer board on it that likes to go out.I'm having my 3rd repair on it since I bought it. Bought it 02/17/2007. I could have put some money towards a cheaper model washing machine and have a better washing machKine, I bought a used whirpool washing mashing that worked for 15 years without any repairs. Just because the washing machine is expensive and it is bought at a well known store does not mean the product will work well. I think the main objective of this company is to make money on repairing the product. They don't care that you are a happy consumer and are satisfied with the Kenmore Washing Machine you bought.

Sears mistake now I pay for it
Bought over ten thousand dollars worth of appliances guess this was not good enough to be treated as a decent customer put one item on defer do not pay for 15 months . sounded great no taxes payed no fees for 15 months .to my surprise a bill the next month demanding payment called store and card service,even with my bill in hand both tol me what I had signed up for was something else. my bill says do not pay nothing for 15 months . I guess this means some thing else to sears. no satisfaction for two years now .to ad insult to injury they delivered my 1700 dollar dishwasher smashed to peices this was the gold delivery package where they are to unload the box ect. a forklift had clearly punctured the box and dishwasher but still delivered it and tried to leave without unpacking the damaged dishwasher. the pallet they brought it on left wood chips all over my kitchen.back and forth with card service which is owned by chase thats another story and now my account is in collections with another company.WOW Still trying to clear things up its been two years back and for .This is sears new customer service . buyer be ware

Beware this is a long one!!! The whole thing started more than two months ago. When we realised the microwave in the house that we had just moved in was not working. We had to call Sears to get an appointment. We got an appointment for like a week after. The technician came and decided the the whole panel needs to be replaced. So he ordered the parts which took 10 days to reach and thus a second appointment was set a few days after it reached. Technician came the second time to tell us that the part he had ordered was not enough but he has to order more parts and this time he is going to make sure it a '2 day delivery'. Like that was going to happen...It took another 8 days to reach us and thus a third appointment was set for a few days after that. Third time he was a NO SHOW. When I called Sears to tell them that I had taken those 4 hours off from work so my microwave gets fixed, they said its not their issue. According to their (unpublished) rules the technician need not call for 2 1/2 hrs even after the appointment time to tell us that he is not going to make it. A call to sears to complain did not help. The people I spoke to were very rude and did not care what I had to say. All they said was 'sorry' in a 'don't care voice. A fourth appointment and again a 'NO SHOW' I want to take some legal action against them, seriously sue them so bad that this does not happen to another consumer. DID I FORGET TO SAY THAT THIS WAS ALL ON A NEW MICROWAVE NEVER USED. SINCE IT WAS BOUGHT 3 MONTHS BEFORE WE MOVED IN...IT COULD NOT BE REPLACED.
Sears review in Calgary, Alberta: Granting wishes contest problems entering
I have tried numerous times to enter the contest, but it asks you to type the number letter combo that indicates that it's a person entering and not a machine. Every time I type the code and hit submit, it brings up another code to enter. It will continue to do this all day if you have the time to sit and play it's *** game. You will never be entered into the contest however, I guess that's how Sears saves money. This is not the first time I have been frustrated by a company contest that will not let you enter.
Sears service dept.
My wife called sears service department 1 month ago regarding our washer. The washer wouldn't spin or drain the water in the tub. After 2 weeks a serviceman came to our house to find out what the problem was. After looking at the washer he said he needed to order a part and it would be a week before the part would be here and another week before he would be able to install the part. After waiting around on the serviceman 2 weeks later, or should I say 2 weeks and 5 days later to install the part, now the washer doesn't stop washing when I open the door and the washer will not spin. The washer is still under warranty for 2 more years. I will not buy from Sears again!!!!!!!!!
Sears Auto forgot to bolt the rear shock to the jeep
I'm now a part of the boy-cott sears auto club also! My dad brought his jeep in to have new shocks put in and the mechanic must have stepped out to smoke something because he forgot to bolt up the rear passanger side shock and now 2 years later I get under my dads truck and see the shock hanging there, threads on the bolts in-tact nuts no where to be found, shock half worn through from rubbing on the exhaust. After this incident I'm avoiding sears auto at all costs and will tell everyone I talk to to do the same!!! If you wan't it done right sears is not the place to go!!

I am getting very sick of the phone calls I am getting from your automated machines, its *** and if you dont stop i will report Sears for harrassing me. business's like you make people wish they have never purchased anything from you, and I will say I will NEVER EVER buy a single item from Sears again. If i had wanted extended warranty I would have bought it, and getting phone calls 2 or 3 times EVERY day is sickening, I hope EVERYONE stays away from Sears and you all go broke and lose your jobs, get a life ***

I willnever shop at sears again i was treated badly for a employer by the name of becky. She called me a *** nevee in my life was I treated so badly she disrespected me and my sister. They said they would handle the matter and she is still working there so I guess they didn't do anything about it she should be fired. If did something like that I know I would be she followed us all over store making threats. I plan to call sears executive and talk to them of this matter a disgrace never shop there again
