SEARS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNBEARABLE

I bought a Sears Washer at the Shawnee Ok. They told me that it would work fine in an RV. I have talked to over 25 people and not one of them told me it would not work in an RV. Until today. The store manager told me that they don't install in RV's. I have lost time at work and waited two weeks for them to send the right part for this. On top of that the Store Manager was unconcerned about my problems. And he threatned to kick me out of the store when I told a woman to think about it before she purchased anything from Sears.

Alot of Sears locations will install in RVs or boats but there's usually no warranty if done so .

Since there would be no warranty with Sears I would just go elsewhere for installation .

And yes they should of told you in advance that Sears doesn't install washing machines in RVs. And they should''ve told you why wether it be specs or warranty.

Sears in Cumming, Georgia - Saers can't identify the part in my washer.

After waiting for 7 1/2 hours foe the repairman to arrive he couldn't identify the part that needed to be replaced. Sear Parts says that none of the tags labels or serial numbers match anything in their inventory. They charged my credit card $70 and left without even ordering the proper parts. When I called the 800 number back I was told that nothing could be done until Monday as the "Special InvestigationTeam" was already closed. In my opinion Sears' Warranty & Repair is a ripoff. I've paid thousands for the appliances and service agreements and now they can't do a simple repair.

I have been a card holder for sears since 04 and have had nothing but total caos with dealing with them I dont know why I kept going back for more maybe its the thrill of beating a dead horse they finally pissed me off to the point where I said ok thats it I'm done so my acc. is paid off an my card burned in the fireplace my last deal that put me over was I ordered a mechanic utility cart over a month ago from my neighborhood sears store was told and confirmed it would in on 4/2/09 for me to pick up they even said we will call you so the day was getting late an still no phone call so I called them they said oh we tried to contact you your cart is ready for pick up I asked them who did you call cause it wasnt me so I asked what number did you call after they said the number it wasnt even close to being my number but yet my right one is in the account info are the idiots or what well I get there an the loading people said yor box is on the truck still i said I called an someone in the office told me it was ready for pick up and he replied no havent got to it yet then I said well can you find it since I have been waiting already atleast 15 mins his words were duh I cant find it so to finish this it wasnt on the truck period an after promising me of my delivery date would not be in til 4/26 an then they couldnt be sure so thats it Ive had enough of their *** s%$t

Sears credit card

I cannot understand how Sears figures their credit card applications fair. I have a credit rating in the 700's and nothing bad on my credit (heck, I just bought a home and a new car!). But, I was turned down becasue of too many credit pulls and too many new accounts. These are directly related to student loans through Wells Fargo in which they disperse their loans quarterly and it appears as if I have 2 loans opening every 3 months (one is subsidized and one is unsubsidized). I make over $100,000 a year and have great credit otherwise but they refused to manually look over my credit to see that. They told me that they only look at what the reasons stated for the scoring and not the actual credit itself. How can they run a buissness like this? It is unfair and they have lost a potential great customer. I went to Lowes and they not only gave me a credit card, but they have my buissness from now on. And I need things for my new home I would have (and until recently) went to Sears for the home repair and services they provide. Now Lowes has my buissness.

obviously you work for them so I will grant you the brain washing you seem to be under. Applying for credit has ALWAYS hurt your credit, that is not new.

My arguement was simply that they refused a customer that has always paid her bills on time- current score is (782 thank you). I think you answered out of frusteration that I make so much more than you.

I know Sears doesn't pay their employees much. Next time, leave the replies to those who have an intelligent response to add- not your attempt to attack my intelligence.

Well genius... if you pay attention to the news you would know that applying for loans and credit cards counts against your credit now.

AND they are raising the bar for applicants because there have been too many idiots who never paid their bill cuz Sears was too nice. And I'm glad Lowes has your business because Sears doesn't need another pissy customer.

Sears in Pell City, Alabama - Sorry Store

The store I go to is in Pell City Alabama. I ordered a part and they told me I would get it in 5 to 7 days.............I have not got the part. (part ordered and paid for on 3/11/09) I went to the store at 9AM today and the only guy that was there told me that he could not help me and the Manager would be there at 9:30 am.........ok I waited till 10am no ne showed up. Is this the way you run a Sears Store? if so it will be last time I do business with Sears. If you have posted that store opens at 9AM then why is it not ready to searve at 9AM.......maybe you need to change the sign to "we open when we get ready" You have no business being in Business.

Sears in Staten Island, New York - Service contract

i called for appointment. they confirmed. called me on day of appt. tech sick. Made another appt. between 8-12. 1:30 no show. I called several times tech backed up. I had to take 1/2 day off from work. Made another appointment 8-12 same story don't know when teck will get here. i am waiting third time it is 1pm still no one showed up. No call from tech. I am going to cancel all my service contracts. They are not reliable. Pay for service you don't get. My friend had same experience. Don't buy service contracts from sears.

On April 8, 2009 I called Sears about my Kenmore washer not working. They said it would be 2 weeks and make sure someone was home to anwser the phone or the appt. would be cancelled. My husband spent all day at home w/ no phone call. So I call Sears back and ask why no one has called to come about my washer. He tells me there is no appt. scheduled for me. I told him he is wrong I called and made the appt. myself. He finds that I did call but there is no appt. set. He kindly tells me I have to WAIT another TWO WEEKS. I tell him that I can't believe they are going to make me wait again, he saids I'm sorry but I can ofter you a free in home estimate and any home services of your choice. I told him no thank you and will not be buying or doing any more business with SEARS again after my service agreement runs out. AND BY THE WAY THERE IN HOME SERVICE ESTIMATES ARE FREE AWAY! Some deal.

Sears in Santa Cruz, California - So many problems

So first off i was trying to order from the store to be delivered to my new house but the store closest to my new home was not in the system. It was a private store not a corporate store so i could not order at a regular store and have it delivered to the private store. The salesman talked me into ordering it from Sear.com so he would get a commission. I got approved for a Sears card while i was there but it would only cover $1500.00 and the whole order total was $2500.00 so the salesman talked me into buying 3 $500.00 gift cards to use so i could split payments. The next day Sears.com cancels my fridge because they ran out of stock, and try to refund the gift cards. I never had the gifts cards in the first place they got thrown away at the store.Then for the 2nd part of the transaction they tried to charge my American Express card for $1.00 then $75.00, then when they tried to charge the $939.00 my card canceled payment because it looked shady. I go into Sears to cancel everything. I am in the middle of escrow and the last thing I need is *** Sears messing up my credit report but they won't help me at the store, they say that because I ordered it from the store but on the web I have to go onto Sears.com to cancel it. I go home and call the *** Sears.com help line and.... they say I can't be helped by them and I have to go back to the store and get the problem fixed there. Fast forward 2 weeks and finally Sears.com says they are sending me a check to refund me and that they would send me a check. That was on March 13th. On the 27th I send them a email saying that I haven't gotten it yet. They send me back an Email saying that they haven't even processed or validated the *** check yet and they wouldn't even get around to it until April 1st. Well Aprils fool to me for ever shopping at Sears. I have no faith in Sears anymore. No-one there cares that they have basically stolen credit and actual money from me with a vague promise to fix the problem later.

Sears Home Protection Plan Disavowed

We paid $52/year for the Sears Home Protection Plan for the last 3 years. Recently, when our Kenmore dryer went on the fritz, we called the Sears people at 1-800-469-4663 (800-4My-Home). After playing "telephone tag" with a number of representatives, they all deny any knowledge of such a plan. According to our last bank statement, the last check was cashed by CitiCorp Insurance Services, Inc. Unfortunately, I did not scan the form or address I used when I mailed it out. They have taken our money and refused to provide any support. I have contacted our bank for more information about who cashed our check.

I was wanting you to check my home protection plan to let me know if this had been paid.

I found a letter of 8/16/11. I always had this put on my sears card.

My husband passed away 8/31/2011 and they said neither of my cards were any good.

this type only covers your deductible on the home insurance. Get a $500 deductible and you save on ins every year.

If ice storm or whatever comes along you are covered from this for the deductible amt. It will not cover your contents.

It almost sounds like you got a third party insurance plan . I would check the literature that you should've been given to find out who you actually are supposed to deal with .

If it is the 800 number and I was start communicating with Sears Corporate offices .

My wife and I shopped at Sears Canada both in-store and on-line very regularly. We ordered a patio set of chairs and a table which arrived in the winter and was put into storage. About four months later I received a call at work from a collector demanding payment (just over $200) on my Sears account. We had forgotton about the set in storage and NEVER received a statement or invoice from Sears. No reminder or notification, just a call from a collector. Sears Canada lost a very long term and loyal customer. It is unusual to not be contacted and we expect better.
