My repair was rescheduled at the last minute

We have been waiting over a month for parts to be located for our refrigerator. I now have the parts that were sent to me. The repair was scheduled for tomorrow and I just received a text that the repair has been rescheduled for the 18 which would make it over 2 months without a refrigerator. When I called to find out why I was told they had no technician available for tomorrow due to overbooking.

Bad customer service

Customer service in not in the US and those representatives can not complete the order. They took my information and payment she didnt complete the transaction. The girl should be written up. I call back and they wanted to schedule me for Monday. Today was my day off. Asked for a manager, how convinced that she is not available

Ordered Hoover Floormate hard floor cleaner from Sears.com which was shipped by eBuzz. Product pictured and described was a Hoover Floormate FH40150 hard floor cleaner. Instead I received a Hoover Powerdash Hard Flood cleaner which does not have the same features. I have been trying for many days to return product and neither eBuzz or Sears.com has responded to me. Since time to return product is 30 days, they seem to be purposely "running out" the time until the 30 days is over.

This has to be the worst company ever. I had an appointment to fix my refrigerator which Sears cancelled half way through the day. Today was my second appointment- they never showed up, no call, nothing. I have been on the phone - the only way to get through once your phone number is in there is to pretend to want to purchase a warranty. Impossible to get a hold of anyone. Read the reviews. Wish I did before

I go to sears store to return my pants it was small size they said we dont take it in store go to sears.com and then customer service they were mad they said contact the seller not us chat with them the sears store people get mad online people get mad I dont know what to do I want to return with in 30 days so I can get my money back

They don’t keep there repair service that have been scheduled for 2 weeks that just cancel it with no rxplanstion. No I am 20 days more without an walking machine.

They did not come and repair my washing machine. I have already waited for 2 weeks and I have to drive 20-25 miles to the closest laundromat.

Can’t get a human to speak with?

Changed my scheduled service on the day it was scheduled and rescheduled for 10 more days! No reason just a notification of rescheduled. Ive been waiting a month for my refrigerator to get fixed. I took the day off of work to get this done! So frustrating and angry about customer service.

Requested service on dryer.they ordered parts needed,when service for installation , I was misdiagnosed. The breaker kicked off. I was told there are two breakers thats why my washer would still turn on it was the heat breaker that went off. So I was told only the $129 service charged. I was charged $420.34. Call and was told refund would take 10 to 15 days. Now they say to go online to fill documents. I cant find how to get to site for the documents

It's been 11 times trying to get my e gift card I don't know what the problem is. I've been telling my friends don't buy any craftsman tools because they don't respond to you always a excuse with there web site.I think they just want to give me my e gift card. Used to be if you have a problem with the tools they took care of it.

Haven't received my e gift card trying 11 times the tools are broken should be able to take back to the and exchange it with no problems but that not the case they use to be great about replacing the products should not be a hassle about doing it

I ordered parts back in May and June this year I purchased the parts 2 of them were correct but the ones ordered in June were not right parts I had to to return them and got doubled charged for them and waiting a long while period to get my refunds back then my belt on my tiller finally came it longer then I anticipated cost

4 months of open work order without repair or replacement. I have called numerous time, I have gotten the run around, customer service rep. have hung up on me, and the team manager have bee unprofessinonal with her tone, and wording. Technicans no-showed, cancel on the day of repair no call was given
