We purchased a lawnmower with delivery and set up.They left us the box.
It seemed assembled other than the handle, but the self-propel didn't work. After 4-5 phone transfers, they refused to come out to fix it for free. Now, a month later, we are still on the phone as I write, 4-5 transfers in, after much duct tape, trying to get service that we paid for originally. After another hour on the phone, we finally have someone scheduled to come out.
We'll see if they actually show up now.If you want no-hassle customer service, Do not shop Sears is our bottom line!
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of poor service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss damaged or defective of craftsman lawn mower and associated monetary loss in the amount of $495. Sears needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
