We purchased a lawnmower with delivery and set up. They left us the box.
It seemed assembled other than the handle, but the self-propel didn't work. After 4-5 phone transfers, they refused to come out to fix it for free. Now, a month later, we are still on the phone as I write, 4-5 transfers in, after much duct tape, trying to get service that we paid for originally. After another hour on the phone, we finally have someone scheduled to come out.
We'll see if they actually show up now. If you want no-hassle customer service, Do not shop Sears is our bottom line!
