Sears sucks! there customer service stinks and their quality stinks.

I calle for them to put in an a/c in the window and i was told that it would be put in with brackets, sealant etc... and all the person did was put in two screws in the window. I paid 140$ for this bad service and on top of that I get hung up on, put on hold, and just plainly treated poorly by there customer service reps. Then I filed a complaint through the BBB and the lady calls me back up with an attitude saying that I should have asked the installer how he was going to put in the A/C.

Even though we stated it verbally, So now she says that it was a verbal agreement and that I should not have trusted them to do what they said they would do.

Absolutley absurd, I hope this company fixes its customer relations because they are rude and just ridiciously untrained.
