I purchased a stove on black friday. It was delivered in.
December. I have had repairs done 3 times since. I tried to get sears to replace this lemon that I bought. They are refusing because of a 30 day policy.
The company has spent more money for repairs and labor than what it cost on sale. I will never purchase any appliance from them. I am waiting on them today to replace the oven door that door that doesn,t close tight. I am going to have Sears at my home every time anything goes wrong for the next eight months or until they replace it.
I have shopped with Sears for many years and never had a problem. I love Kenmore products but i will purchase them somewhere else.
