My 3 year old kenmore frig already needs a new compressor. Called for service on june 10, got a technician out 2 weeks later.

Parts arrived a week after that. Unable to come to fix it until july 12! Can you imagine paying 3,000.00 for a frig and not being able to get it fixed for over a month. The service department is terrible.

Took a day off from work and waited for a tech.,only to be told he wasn't coming because he was sick.Do they only have one guy working?

Maybe they need to hire some more people to take care of their customers! I will never buy from Sears again,and I will tell everyone how terrible their service is.
