Negative stars if possible - been a long time customer, will never purchase from them again. The sears customer care is the worst ever, they have no idea what there are doing.

I have a long list of problems that has strung out over 2 months now, who knows how much longer this is going to take. Her is some of the problems. Every repair part has been on back order. I took a day off work to be home for a repair only to have the repair canceled half way through the day.

Repair man left a huge oily mess on our tile floor ( I should send them a repair bill for cleaning the tile ).

They call me to schedule another appointment only to call me back 2.5 hours later to reschedule it because of parts that are on back order, they didn't even know those parts have all ready been replaced. I could go on but I'm too pissed.

Product or Service Mentioned: Sears Repair.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $2000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Store was fine.

I didn't like: Sears, Sears customer warrentee program is horrible.
