Sears customer service is the absolute worst. I purchased a heating/air conditioning system from them in July 2013.

Problems with the system began immediately, so I called Sears. Well, that was 1 year ago and the HVAC system still has not been fixed. The project coordinator insisted that I had not called them for service even after I explicitly gave him the dates in which I called. Then neither one of them returned my calls.

Totally ridiculous. I waited 3 months for a part to be installed only to have the same problems after a week. Now I'm been waiting 3 weeks for the part that was ordered to fix what was supposed to have been fixed. Frustrating.

Today, I called only be told my warranty has expired, etc. .

I bought a lawn mower from sears and it leaks oil. So I took it to there repair shop and they kept it for 4 weeks and then said it was ready.

I went home and mowed my yard for about 5 minutes and it started again. I took it back right away and they have had it for 2 weeks now and when i call them i get put on Hold and get no answer.

They are the worst. I think I will put them on Angie's List
