Purchased A/C unit from Sears installation scheduled for June 2014, it took 3 to 4 service calls for them to get the unit cooling correctly. everything was not complete until December...June of 2015 unit not cooling again, been over a week now and still calling trying to get tech support out.

DO NOT PURCHASE an AC Unit from SEARS you don't know what company they will be sending to your home whether they have 1 day or 5 years of experience...the first company they sent to my home seemed to have 1 month experience....I hate these type of issues...but I want to just warn anyone thinking of using SEARS...Beware I wouldn't recommended them AT ALLL!!! Very dissatisfied customer.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person is quite happy with phone reps nice and stated that there is a room for improvement of cant get techs out. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss bad quality of sears installation and associated monetary loss in the amount of $5000. Sears needs to "come get ac unit....amount can be prorated...so that i can get a company to install a unit that knows what they are doing. and has installers in my area who do not have to come from miles away" according to poster's claims.
