Sears accidentally put through a double debit to my checking via my debit card which caused a $29 NSF fee. I have sent a copy of my bill AND my bank statement AND THEY STILL CANNOT OR WON'T CORRECT IT!

Sears, you have a real problem with customer service and I am wondering if it's going to take legal action to get my money returned.

It has been 5 days and it should never take that long to correct with the evidence in front of you. Pathetic.
