3/18/18 I ordered a 903 piece tool set with delivery on 4/25/18. I call on 4/25/18 to pickup and I am told that the order is not in but will be in the following week on 5/2/18.

I call on 5/2/18 to pick up and am told that the order is not in and does not appear to have been ordered at all. I call customer service and get someone who tells me that “it was a bad order” and that they are going to cancel the order. I state that I do not want the order cancelled and that I want the item I paid for. She states that the order will not be cancelled.

A short time later I get an e-mail stating that they cancelled the order. Now there’s customer service, keep you waiting for over 6 weeks and then cancel the order. I call customer service again and the second woman says the order was cancelled because of a bad credit card. Sears charged my card on 3/20/18 with no problem.

Poor customer service is an overstatement. No service would be accurate.
