Just bought a house and purchased all of my appliances from my hometown Sears. Nicest, most helpful people ever would recommend them to everyone, but...
my new fridge went out July 10th, so i called 3 weeks for technicians, 3 more weeks for part to come in. Once Sears sees part has shipped they'll call to schedule an appointment. Tech shows up at my house while I'm at work, and leaves nasty voicemail because I'm not home for my UNscheduled appointment. I wait and wait no call from Sears.
I finally lose my patience and call...earliest available date Nov. 12.
I call customer service again to complain about it being unacceptable and the woman just keeps repeating the same thing over and over...hometown Sears folks amazing...Sears as a company total crap. I will NEVER buy from Sears again!
