9-2-2021I called Sears warranty Co. and delivery and voiced my complaint.
Aftera short back and forward with a very pleasant agent, She said the refrig-erator would be deliverer Sat. 9-4-2021. Thank you so much for your help. This problem really started in May of 2021.
and I was given 2 months to find a refrigerator.

I have been waiting since May 8, 2021 for the order I placed May 3. 2021.
Delivery dates were changed twelve times. The person at Sear's took the order and told me this was the replacement comparable they had picked for replacement. They had the measurements , so it was final, I thought. I am so tired of waiting and Sear's changing dates, now they come with one that is too large.
I keep moving furniture ,taking all
the food out the refrigerator and now I have to put it all back. I'm eighty
four yrs. old with a 82 yr. old husband in a nursing home.
I have to change the day I see him. This is 6 mos. and it's unfair. Please help.
Give me a check , I'll get a refrigerator and get on with my life.
lived in my home 56 yrs. and all my appliances and warranties are with
1010 W1ldwood Parkway
so what can I do? Please help me.
