I purchased an air conditioner from sears in 2002. I have purchased insurance from Sears each year on all of my appliances.
My air conditioner did not work this year. I contacted Sears and a technician arrived at my home on June 7th. He said that I only need free ion. A second technician arrived and said that there was a hole in the air conditioner.
Nothing changed. I called again. The third technician said that I need a compressor. Each week Sears call and say they are sending a compressor.
The compressor never arrived. They say our compressor is on back order. This has been going on for four weeks. They charged us 20.00 each time.
We have been customers for 40 years and are very disappointed that we have not been serviced.
