It has been two months that I have been waiting for sears repair person to come and fix the fridge that I bought under a protection plan . They cancelled the appointment twice.
Without notice. I took two days off work to stay for them to come fix it. Each time they reschedule it’s for 3 additional weeks. They had me bring an outside contractor to fix it.
And after the outside contractor diagnosed the problem. They refused to them pay for them to fix it. I am on my wits end.
I suggest no one ever buy anything from them. They are the worst company ever !
