we bought a bosch dishwasher in april 2007 at sears and after years of problem free use it broke down on nov.9 2015 wich i think is normal , so the next day my wife calls sears for service since all of our appliances were bought at sears might as well call them for service !..........hmmmmm so the girl at sears says since we did not originally buy a service agreement THEY WOULD NOT SEND A TECHNICIAN TO FIX IT and my wife said " we'll pay for the service call , so after almost 4 decades of buying tools, appliances , lawnmowers etc etc this is how you treat your customers wonder that you are fading away in the retail world , I WILL NEVER BUY FROM SEARS EVER AGAIN
