I made an appt. On a saturday for tues 8 to 12 refrigerator part broke for the third time.

I called appliance service and they overbooked and did and cant show up. I lost a day of work and they want me to take another day off of work and that is 4 dayz from now. 10 days in the summer with rotted food i am handicapped and cant unload my refrigerator. I have callex every dept including headquarters.

I called the repair company westport appliance no help they said sears does this all the time. I have been a customer for over 45 years and will never ever purchase or walk into a sears store again
