so...after being told I would receive my washer and dryer on 9/7, received no email update that let me know date of install and delivery was changed to 9/11... It is now 9:11pm on Monday, 9/10/2018, and still no contact...
after going thru the menu of phone options, I was hopeful that I would be able to speak to a representative that could give me status of pending delivery--- was that ever a childish wish! At the end of the menu of hope for resolution, your wonderful recording informed me to call back because "your offices are currently closed"..
if you know there will be a delay, does it not make sense to be proactive with a contact to the buyer? I am very displeased and have had to change several plans due to your ineptitude.
