I went there to have GMC service for change oil, the man said it will be finish for 2 to 3 hours, so my husband and I went to the mall, after 2 and 1/2 hours I told my husband we can go back there and just wait for the remaining half hour, I was surprised that the truck was still there were we park, I went inside and asked the guy, if it’s done, his response was no , I got upset and told him why you said 2 to 3 hours? At this time instead of saying sorry he also raised his voice, my husband and him have a confrontation, my husband might have said something , it’s because we felt being ignored and what upset me more is when the guy said to my husband “ an animal like you doesn’t deserve to have a service, so I called the supervisor, and told him the situation, but I’m surprised too, he also have an attitude, supervisor said “ what can I do we are very busy, here’s your key, and you can leave “. I think the behavior of this two are unacceptable.
