I have been trying to get my refund for an installation that I have already paid for that could not be done due to cabinet restraints. The installer was up front that the microwave I purchased would not fit.

Each time I call its as if they never heard of this before. The same questions are asked and nothing gets accomplished. There seem to be no notes taken for the previous calls which is extremely frustrating. The customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!

I am still waiting and it has been over a month. I want my money back the is owed to me.

As a customer that spent 2900, I should not have to wait over a month to get the refund. This is unacceptable and I do not want to have to take the next step

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $180.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Refund processing.
