Had an appointment schedule in the window of 1pm-5pm. They called at 5pm to cancel, then said i needed to wait a week for a new appointment.

Spent an hour taking to several people and got no where! Said they needed to take at least part of the service fee since I lost a day of pay, but would would also need to waste my time and money at a laundromat. All could say was sorry for the inconvenience.

F them. They wont get a dime of my money

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
