We put a tool storage lay away on black Friday. We wanted a black tool storage.

They employees puts the red on lay away. We complete the sale and we realize he put the red on lay away and not the black. He tells us the process to fix would take too long and just exchange it when we pay it off. So we said ok.

I come in and pay it off and thinking i can even exchange they then tell us because it is not black Friday anymore it can't be an even exchange. The dept Manager Monica treated us like it was our fault.

In fact every time we were in there she was *** about something. We will never shop there again We called the complaint department and we could not understand his English I see why they are going out of business
