I went to Sears and I asked one of your workers her name is Kalo of where I can find something I was looking for and nobody has ever given me a stank attitude than she did. She was terrible.

I wonder how she got hired and I am going to post about this horrible experience all over social media so people can know how bad your customer service is. I am NEVER going back to that mall ever again and I am going to suggest others to not also go there either.
