In line waiting for my turn to purchase a watch. Second in line but that didnt matter to the employee.

The employee knew i was next and decided to attend to the people who were third in line. It felt like I was ignored due to my skin color. The employee made it feel that way by her actions. Due to that experience, I will never shop at sears agian.

I really hope sears can fix this problem. I used to love sears but I see how sears has spiraldown due to hiring people who dont care about the cosumers.

Best of luck to sears but I will never shop at sears again. And i live right behind sears...
