om September 24th,2018 item was returned over 6 weeks ago and still no refund. several calls with different answers Called Customer service requested copy indicating complaint was filed - customer service rep hung up- today is November 5th,2018 am and on phone with manager in complaints department and he seems not to b e able to locate the items.

Can someone tell me what the *** is going on . Please do not use their online order they can screw you.

In the meantime my cc is charging me interest because the iten was not credited ! ……….don't aske me to write more because I am to pissed off right now and it may not be a nice write up...{{Redacted}}
