I purchased a refrigerator on may 5 paid extra money to guaranteed delivery on May 25 the day of the delivery they put the refrigerator on the garage and disappeared. Call Customer Service and they told me that was a four guys job, after a week waiting for the refrigerator to be put in place, Sears sent two people again and they didn’t do it.

Now they said that the refrigerator wouldn’t fit. Again I call Customer service and I have to wait one additional week for them to come and picked up. It’s been three weeks and no Refrigerator in place. Huge issue to get my money back.

Do yourself a big favor...

DO NOT BUY FROM SEARS. Dishonest business practices.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $2100.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Delayed refund.

Perform an IMMEDIATE DISPUTE with your bank, and have the your purchase "charged back". Your account will have the charge back IMMEDIATELY applied and DISPUTED. In turn your financial institution issues the 'credit' of the purchase back while the Fraud Management team and agents investigate it.
