I am very upset with sears. We had a delivery date July 27th.

Our refrigerator was to be here between 10am & 2:00pm. We got a call at 02:10pm that they were running two hours behind. We never heard anything after that. We hear that one of their crew may had a medical problem.

I understand stand but couldn’t someone called us? We had everything in coolers to have the refrigerator ready to go. Now we have to wait until this Monday to get our new refrigerator. They deliver on the weekend but guess we’re not that important a customer!

I will never buy anything that will be have to delivered again.

I feel that Sears owes us something for in copansaion for this mess up. We loss food in this process.
