i was looking for someone but their voice directory can't recognize the name so it goes to the operator.
that HELPFUL operator always hangup the call and the 5th time i tried to reach her, i asked her why she keep on terminating my call.she said i have to use the automated directory because they are the operators.
like why the *** ? that's why they are the operator ryt ??? they supposed to assist the caller to help them direct their calls! she should not be paid for that attitude!
and she should not be in her position!
i suggest her to quit the job!she's no use in the company!
