I purchased a Kenmore refrigerator a couple of years ago. The refrigerator quit cooling.
I bought a repair agreement for Sears and got it fixed. The ice maker quit working. Another repair call. Instead of replacing the unit they put a few parts in.
Within a couple of hours, the icemaker quit working again. Another call to Sears. They couldn't schedule a new appointment because the old repair order hadn't cleared year. Their advice, call back on Saturday so I can get an appointment sometime next week.
I will not buy a Kenmore again. The customer service stinks.
