Purchased Kenmore elite $2,600 refrigerator and it has broke 3 times. Have to wait at least 1 week for repair visit, they always have wrong parts and then another week for a different repair visit.

Now in July, refrigerator doesn't work at all. We have 3 kids under 11 and no way to keep food/water cold.

Now waiting 10 days for service visit after 2 visits already with issues with refrigerator.

They now want me to purchase extended warranty and I just want this crappy refrigerator out of my house. Can't be trusted to keep food cold/frozen and have wasted over $400 in groceries over the last 3 months.
