I was never told about a 90 day warranty, when the technician came out to service the washer the water pipes were frozen so he said when the problem was fixed for me to call so Sears could come back out to service my washer. In doing this now I'm being told that I have to pay.

This is not right, there is no signature on file stating that I was told it knew about a 90 day warranty.

Sears is a Rip off when it comes to product warranty service. I'm going to make sure through Social Media that all of my 405 contacts know how and what Sears doesn't do for their customers.
