I have over 7 service calls and over 2 months without fridge my next appointment is next month they care less about customer and treat you with disrespect . Issues from may until now is not fixed

I agree I'm in the same predicament terrible service and no regard for the elderly. They charged me $75.00 came out did nothing sent another service person charged me another $99.00 and told they cannot repair for another two weeks.

You are not even dealing with people in the USA, you are speaking to someone in the Philippines who are trained to read from script. You cannot speak to anyone in the Sear Dept.

who has any kind of authority. Will never buy from Sears again EVER
