Ordered a $99 chainsaw, received and order confirmation and shipping information. After two weeks, Sears sent an email stating the chainsaw is not available.
Contacted Sears and they said they could fulfill the order (same specs.) under a different brand - their house brand for another $150.
Classic bait and switch. The "supervisor" said they'd be willing to refund my money (no *** and cancel the order.
They should have made it right...no wonder they're going out of business.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $130.
Preferred solution: Give me a same spec. product for the same price - duh....
I didn't like: Do not give a crap, Do not care.
