I take my car to Sears at the Baldwin Hills Plaza because my battery and brake warning lights came on in my car, they told me I needed a alternator.I got the alternator on a Thursday by Friday warning lights came back on.

I make an appointment with Sears to return my car on Monday morning. By Monday morning my car would not start because AAA said the alternator was bad. Had to have my car towed to Sears on Monday morning at 8:00am, got a call from Sears around 1:00 saying that the Tech had to leave early and know other Tech could work on my car therefore they had to keep my car until Tuesday, okay. On Tuesday the Tech was suppose to had start around 12:30 pm to replace my alternator and that my car should be ready by 6:00pm.

I called around 5:30pm, for 30 mins Sears did not answer there phones.By 6:00pm I receive no phone call and could not reach Sears to find out about my car.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
