I have purchased a freezer about 2 yr ago, never missed or late on payments.I then had to buy a dishwasher,microwave and new refidgerator all within about a month of each other.
Sears charged me for two refridgerators plus the delivery fee. They then contacted me for being over my credit limit. I had to go down to the store which is 20 mi away,try and get a manager who wouldn't hide from me (no one was available).I then recontacted customer service who assured me that all was well and the credit had been made to my statement.
Well they had credited my statement and lowered my available credit by 1kfor being over my limit.I will close my account and not do business with this company nor encourage anyone else to support them.
