Im not very happy with sears are boiler broke on april around the 20th we called to sit up appointment lefted my aunt there waiting for the tech guy to show up they state they rang the door bell which my aunt says they didnt we called to sit up another appointment which was schedule 5/2/18 i was working so didnt answer my phone right away so called them back about five minute later for that reason they cancel my appointment called customer sevice got hange up twice went down to sears to reshedule appointment since i had asked to speak with a supervisors and she kepted hanging up on me sears then told me maybe they will come Monday never will buy anything from sears again since there employees are very rude and stupid
