I have had a ADA complaint Dishwasher that lost all the electronics over 2 months ago. There is a 5 year warranty on the electronics(I pay for the service call).

We are only 2 years into this warranty and they are giving us the run around non-stop. They are not only rude but will not honor their warranty. I have the feeling they will be doing this until the warranty runs out unless a consumer decides to sue them for specific performance! A terribly company to try and do business with.

Sears is only too happy to take $1000.00 for a dishwasher and tells you that you are now on your own with the service. I am very angry. Our service man keeps calling them to confirm our problem, now they want him to come out again to verify it and send him a copy of our Paid bill before they will supposedly ship a board to him. This is total nonsense and I hope their business fails.

No concern whatsoever for their customers. I will tell everyone NOT to every purchase this brand in the future!!!!!
