When I bought the fridge on 3/28/2017 I was talked into getting the credit card. I then explained that I had wanted to put 740 down and they said just get the card and then pay the 740 which will go toward your first payment.

I have now received a call saying I'm late with my credit card payment that was due 4/25/2017 so I explained that I had paid and they told me that doesn't count toward my first payment even though on my bill (my first bill) it clearly shows payment of 740.

when I called customer service all they continued to do was point out how I did not understand how it works and that the 740 was for march payment I didn't even have the card till end of march. I will not be doing business with them again if this is any indication on how they treat their customers its no wonder they are going out of business.
