I purchased a fridge May 2017 and it has broken twice.The first time in December 2017 and wasn't repaired until January 2018 and now its broken again with the exact same problem.
Me and my family been without a working fridge since February 12, 2018 and Sears refuse to do anything about it. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint because I would like a Full refund and replacement of lost of food due to me having to throw all my food away. Back in December when it first broke I had to call off work just so they could look at it. Then they had to turn around in January to come back and fix it and my Husband had to call off work for that.
We cant afford to loose our job for calling off due to a broken Fridge this is complete nonsense. Then when I reported it broke for the second time they gave us a Saturday appointment because we refuse to keep calling off work. So they was suppose to come March 3, 2018 and NO ONE ever showed up and I called all that morning cause they said someone would be there between the hours of 8 till 12pm. They never came at all then they gave me a story about they couldn't locate the Tech what kind of mess is that the company is very UNPROFESSIONAL AND THIS IS COMPLETE NONSENSE.
At this point fixing it for a second time is not an option at all because obviously we was sold a broken fridge.
I BET THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY FRIDGE WORK JUST FINE BUT THE ONES THAT'S SOLD TO THE CUSTOMER BREAKS WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR SO WE CAN PURCHASE A HIGH WARRANTY TO KEEP COLLECTING MONEY MAKE NO SENSE AT ALL.I WILL NOT KEEP QUIET ABOUT THIS I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!!

I didn't like: Sale broken items, Sears customer services sucks, No manager to speak with, Customer service has been unhelpful, Warranty service.
