4/30/18 Contacted Sears for repair of frig (not cooling well). No ice, frig not cool enough, freezer about 30 degrees.
Took 4 days for tech to come. Tech did arrive on 5/4 - but needed to order parts. The parts were to arrive on 5/12 - did not. 5/14 parts and tech finally arrived to work on unit.
Spent the afternoon welding (in kitchen!) in a new compressor and other parts. After so called "repair" - frig/freezer does not function at all - inside temp a balmy 75 degrees. Reported this to Sears - it will be another 2 weeks before tech can return.
Have been unable to reach these people, at the numbers and business hours they publish. Very rude response from A & E factory service (Sear's home repair department).
Tried to get information from them, as to how to prevent mold in the unit (since it no longer functions, at all).
No response. Where do we go from here?
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
I didn't like: Customer service - will not purchase anything again.
