I ordered a bedspread from this company and instead I received a quilt that doesn't even fit the top of my full size bed.I have tried to call and have emailed several times without hearing from them.

The 15 day return policy is out if it is from the day I ordered. No one has said when the policy started. I don't even know where to send the package back to. Never order from them again, and sears may be next on the list.

No help so far from them.I have made several calls to sears but no help so far.

This person wrote the review because of poor customer service of bedspread from Sears. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $113 and wants Sears to issue a full refund.

The most disappointing in user's experience was phone service about my return. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
