Scheduled DW, Microwave, washer for repairs. Technician came and said DW ok/use a different soap / mircrowave needed to look for parts / washer needed to order parts.

-Using different soap... but the heating element is corroding.

-Never heard back on Microwave.

-Part for washer arrived..appointments scheduled...and technician never shows up - no call - nothing!

We were out of town...so just called again today. 4 attempts - on hold forever. Finally tried the "executive number". a 800-479-5899.

Representative took the information and placed me on hold for 15 minutes...when he came back, I had to keep asking if he was there. Said he was doing something... and then hung up!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $800.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Customer service repairs.
