Sears installed granite, sink and garbage disposal in my kitchen. From day one I had a problem with the price that was charged and water leaking.
My cabinets has been damage because sink and garbage disposal was installed incorrectly. I stopped paying after Sears would not send anyone to find the water leak. I had to pay a plumber to find the water leak, which was coming from the disposal. Water is still coming from around the top trim of the sink.
Now Midland is suiting me for payment.
I did not know my account was sold until I went to court. Any suggestions?

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "pricing issue & damage to property" of sears sink installation and associated monetary loss in the amount of $5000. Sears needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
