My washer broke down it is still under warranty I scheduled an appointment with tech the tech said it was not repairable he would request replacement. Two weeks pass no one contacts me then I call back this time I am told tech put in note job needs to be done by 2 people I have an other appt scheduled this time no one shows up the third time I scheduled an appointment man shows up stating he can not move my washer unless I sign a waiver I ask me to wait 5 mins for my husband to sign and he leaves my house !!!!! On top of that every time I call the 1800 number no one can direct my calls properly

Your warranty is about useless at sears. They are hanging on by a thread and don’t have any service techs left. I would eat the cost and just pay a local company to repair it

I made a purchase on 10/12/19 for a total of $6274.47 for appliances. One of the items a dish washer I bought didn’t work I called to schedule an appointment i get a text message at 1:26pm that a Technician was on its way for the repair, it is now 3 hours past the time I received that text and I am still waiting. Wouldn’t it make sense to send that message when a technician is no more than an hour away, why waste people’s valuable time????? I called the service center and the customer service is a complete joke completely unprofessional as you are here complaining and trying to tell them your complain they begin to hum a song, that just ella a customer that that person is no better than the automated machine complete rude and unacceptable. has a stackable washer / dryer, .. washer was not fixable needed replacement -they had no replacement that fit so had to order a 2in1 laundry center and they only will apply the credit of the washer to another washer they do not have and would not apply the credit to a washer/dryer laundry center. my name is larry and my phone is 310-733-7388. Sears is winding down its appliance area and their warranty is limited to only products they carry in store. I sincererly advise everybody to not buy a Sears home warranty. Its not worth it if they do not honor the warranty and offer replacements and they probably will be out of business soon.

I BOUGHT A WASHER AND DRYER AT SANTA ANA SEARS OUTLET AND THE WASHER WAS DEFECTED. I TRIED TO EXCHANGE THE ITEM BUT THEY DID NOT HAVE ANOTHER ONE. WITH TOO MANY RUN AROUND FROM THE MANAGER, MR. CARLOS, I DECIDED TO RETURN ALL. HE SAID HE"LL CALL ME BACK FOR THE SCHEDULE OF RETURNING, BUT HE NEVER DID AND NEVER COULD BE REACHED OVER THE PHONE. IT IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY AS FAR AS SERVICE AND CONTACT. WHAT HAPPEN TO THE SEARS GOOD REPUTATION BEFORE? CAN SEARS CORPORATE HELP ME WITH THIS SITUATION. MY INVOICE NUMBER IS 342500000204. same issue for my Samsung refrigerator ice maker. Part back ordered .

Really difficult getting to talk to a real person and , at the end of the day, they tell me they've done as much as they can and now it's a waiting game for someone to make a decision on whether to replace the refrigerator or not. I'm told there is no one I can escalate to or contact to complain. I did find an news station piece that gave the number to Sears Member solutions team. -877-496-8746.

They are my next call.

The news piece says Sears has been struggling handling any problematic claims with their Home Warranty group. .
