I ordered a large tool box. I took half a day off to be home when it was delivered.
It was missing an essential part, as explained by the delivery team. I spent another half a day trying to get a replacement delivered. The replacement arrived today. I took another half day off to be there.
The email from you said that the tool box would be "set up and put in place." The delivery men refused to do this. I get paid by the hour, so when i don't work, i don't get paid. I have lost a day and a half on this purchase, and i have a tool chest sitting in my garage that has not been set up and put in place.
