Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Sears does not honor their return policy. I purchased two shirts for my son, for Christmas, on November 25th.

He had duplicates, so I tried to return them, on January 9th. I was told that I was past the 30 day window, something the sales associate when I purchased them told me was not applied to holiday gifts. Also, their own return policy states that, 'in order to accommodate holiday purchases, items purchased after November 1st can be returned up until January 31st.' I even called the customer service number. That representative agreed with me, but said that once the store declines to accept my return, there is nothing further they can do.

So, apparently the store can ignore the return policy, and Corporate is okay with that. And then we, the consumers, get no "customer service."
